The chimney leaked when it rained.
You can sort of see from the photos were the damp came through. To fix that I needed to repair the flashing as you can see in the photos.
Its quite nice being up on the roof as you get quite a bit of sunlight. The thing with that sort of repair is that you cant really test it, you can only hope that it works, which it does. The roof is also in good shape generally, fortunatly.
